H-Line is a pressure maintaining unit with an associated pressureless vessel which handles the expansion volume of fluid heat- and cooling systems.

H-line is designed with an motorized valve to be able to handle the constantly increasing demands that are set on modern heat and cooling system that are built to last and be sustainable for future generations.  The smart electronic steering handles the expansion of the system fluid using the pump to increase, and the motorized valve to decrease pressure.

H-Line is the perfect pressure maintaining unit to be installed if you are setting high standards on your substation and are looking for a problem free life-time operation. The pressure maintaining unit is designed to keep an stabile and optimal pressure in the system and thereby reduce the systems pressure variation to a minimum.

Program text for consultants

 Pump and valve controlled pressurisation unit with an open expansion tank. Open expansiontank with volume XXX liter with pressurisation unit containting pressure maintaining pump and motorized valve type H-Line for operatin pressure X bar. With electronic controll unit for maintaining constant operating pressure. Analogue outputs for system pressure and level in expansion tank and potential free closing alarm output is avaliable in control unit cabinet. Expansion tank is either in Polyethylene or welded steel.
